Purchases, Cancellations & Refunds

Products

  1. Subscriptions
    • All subscription plans are on automatic renewal until you cancel.
    • Membership will continue until it is either discontinued by piranhaprofits.com, or cancelled by you. You are responsible to cancel your subscription plan before the end of your term. If transaction fails, your subscription will be suspended after 3 failed attempts.
    • Members who cancel before the end of the free trial are not billed.
    • The cancellation of your subscription plan will immediately result in the deactivation and deletion of your account or service, the denial of access to the Site and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content and information within or related to your account or service.
    • No data, content or information can be recovered once your account or service is cancelled, and you assume all responsibility for preserving any data, content or information on your account or service prior to its cancellation.
  2. Privileges and Bonuses
    • Discord Channels
      • Non-exchangeable for cash or other products
      • They serve as additional support for the subscriptions.
      • All users must adhere to the Community Guidelines. Any violation of the guidelines will result in revoke of access
      • Users must use their real name and photo for their Discord profiles.
      • All discussion and information shared in these groups are for educational purpose only; they are based on individual opinion and NOT to be taken as investment recommendations or advice. Users MUST do their own due diligence before making any investment decision.
  3. All sales are final. We do not provide any full, partial or pro-rated refund as immediate access to the Content is given upon purchase.
  4. If a user opens a paypal/teachable/stripe dispute for any reason, this user will be permanently banned from piranhaprofits.com and will never again be able to purchase any of our products.

Non-competition

User must not directly, or indirectly conduct, advertise, promote or solicit any business activity in competition with Piranhaprofits.com and all/any of its associated products and offers. Otherwise, Piranha Profits reserves the right to revoke your participation and terminate your privileges in Piranha Profits and all/any of its associated programmes and offers, including any specified support.

Termination of account and Violation

Piranhaprofits.com reserves the right to suspend, cancel and terminate the access and subscription service to the Site of any user who violates the terms and conditions or otherwise posts, submits, or disseminates content that piranhaprofits.com finds, in its sole discretion, to be objectionable.

Amendment to Terms of Service

Piranhaprofits.com reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to change, modify, add or delete portions of these Terms of Use at any time without notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service for any changes. You agree that your continued use of the Content constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Service as amended.
